Tivoli Netcool/Proviso provides a complete view of service quality and use for both operations and customers, enabling them to proactively avoid, detect and rapidly resolve problems. Tivoli Netcool Performance Manager DataView - Tivoli Netcool Performance Manager DataView is the web server that hosts and analyzes platform.
